Dr. Ginkel is a clinical psychologist and currently holds licenses in Washington, Idaho, and Florida. Additionally, he has the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by the PSYPACT Commission allowing Dr. Ginkel to practice remotely in 37 other states. In addition to providing police and public safety assessment and consultation, he also provides psychotherapy services in private practice. Dr. Ginkel has expertise and passion in the areas of post-traumatic stress and issues of diversity.  Providing therapy for first responders, active military and veteran clients. This experience and knowledge helps him provide quality, thoughtful psychological assessment.
